when i told my writing group my plans for this story, half were horrified and half were delighted, so i have no idea if i should continue it or just keep it a short fluff piece

i keep wanting to share my story, but i don’t write fast enough, so every time i’m willing to share, i’ve only written like a paragraph more :P

so according to tumblr, me being aromantic asexual, which is a huge part of my identity, does not make me queer

but me being slightly bigender, which is barely a part of my identity at all, makes me hella queer

Parks Spin off Idea

tenghostdads:

Jean-Ralphio in the House

Jean-Ralphio’s father Dr. Saperstein becomes the official head obstetrician of the White House which means Goodbye, Pawnee and Hello, D.C.!

It’s literally the same plot as Cory in the House except Jean-Ralphio ends up causing the next World War.  Co-starring Ariana Grande as Jean-Ralphio’s sassy new friend Grizzle Dawg

Anonymous asked: "i know you all support the cause" no. you don't. you have no idea whether i support it or whether i hate the idea.

Anonymous asked: If you want it funded so badly, do it yourself instead of blaming your followers.

i only have $36 to my name, but i’m saving it so i can make that last push at the end.

Anonymous asked: quit acting like your followers are being selfish for not donating.. it's really rude because people have other things to pay for and literally can't afford it

then i wasn’t talking to you. i never said anyone was being selfish.

Anonymous asked: I just want to say that you don't know who has spending money and who doesn't. You don't know the life situation of every single follower, so don't act like your followers are being selfish by not donating.

You’re right, I don’t know the life situation of every single follower. I don’t think I ever said anyone was being selfish. But I do know that when I personally was in financial trouble, several people came along and very graciously offered to help me out by giving $5-10. So at least they have that much to spend. I guess I’m just frustrated because we put all this work and thought into this project that the community said it wanted, and now it’s not getting any support when we’re ready to officially launch it. There hasn’t been a day that’s gone by in the past two months when I haven’t worked on it in some way, and now that it’s failing I just feel like crying all the time.

i guess i’m just baffled at how vitality’s kickstarter hasn’t been successful so far. like, i KNOW you all support this cause. i KNOW a fair amount of you have spending money. my followers alone could easily fund this project. so why is it doing so poorly?

We currently have free minizine available for download on our website so you can see exactly what we’re about. Future issues will be similar to the minizine, but with more content.

Our goal is $5,000 which will enable us to produce a fantastic first issue - 60 pages long and full of great queer lit. It will let us do a full-color print run and to pay our writers and artists a fair, industry-standard rate for their work.

Rewards include t-shirts, stickers, bookmarks, and both digital and print copies of the first issue.

Support queer writers and artists! Show the world there’s a market for fun, entertaining stories about queer people that don’t revolve around their sexuality/gender! And help us bring you more awesome queer stories! Let’s make Vitality spectacular!
